What counts as a qualified referral

Vouchers are for real jobs, not just names. A referral qualifies when:

  • Your friend is a new HydroClean customer at a different property
  • They mention your code when they ask for their quote
  • They book within 60 days of your referral
  • The job is R1,500 or more, and it's completed and paid
  • The property is in our service area (Knysna to Plett)
  • Quotes that don't go ahead, your own property or repeat customers don't count

When do I get my voucher?

Once your friend's job is completed and paid in full, we WhatsApp you a R200 voucher within 7 days.

Which vouchers can I choose?

Woolworths, Bootlegger Coffee or Mugg & Bean. Pick one when you create your code, and you can change it any time by letting us know on WhatsApp.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No. Every qualified referral earns you a R200 voucher.

What if my friend forgets to mention my code?

Ask them to use your link, which fills in your code automatically. If they forget, let us know on WhatsApp before their job is done and we'll add it.

Why didn't my referral count?

It needs to be a new customer at a different property, booked within 60 days, worth R1,500 or more, in our service area, and completed and paid. We'll always tell you the status on WhatsApp.

How does the partner programme work?

Estate agents, holiday-let hosts and property managers earn 10% of every qualified job they send us, paid monthly, plus priority booking. Apply on WhatsApp and we'll set you up.
